Minimum Wage Suggestion

The minimum wage came about because kids were being paid pennies per day for work. The government decided this was unfair for company owners to take advantage of their employees like that. Because history teaches us to watch company owners closer, company owners today have become more responsible. Right now, the minimum wage in Wisconsin is $7.25/hour, but it’s hard to find a job that pays under $10/hour. Despite companies willingly paying more than minimum wage, a lot of people can’t help but feel like they need and deserve more. This is especially true when they compare their quality of life to people more important to their company that make exponentially more than them.
The solution to this is an equation. I call it the fair wage distribution equation. It’s very simple and looks like this…
Minimum wage in a company= 0.45maximum wage in a company
It means that the lowest paid person in a company makes 45% what the highest paid person in a company makes. It’s not a suggested law, just a suggestion. This aims at stopping business owners from taking advantage of workers.
